WHAT IS QCFC?
ABOUT THE COMMISSION
The Quezon City Film Commission (QCFC) is a local film commission based in the Philippines’ film and entertainment capital, Quezon City. Operating under the QC Office of the City Mayor (OCM), QCFC is mandated to support the local film and screen industry and community, promote the City as a destination for local and foreign film and screen productions, and contribute to the city’s economic and cultural development through its programs and initiatives with and for its stakeholders. The majority of QCFC’s activity is centered on creating programs and policies for its stakeholders. In the long run, QCFC envisions Quezon City as a vibrant global creative hub for film industry professionals and practitioners that embraces an inclusive, collaborative, and sustainable local film and screen industry.
