Quezon City, Philippines – Quezon City Film Commission is expanding its team and currently seeking committed, hard working, and skilled individuals to fill key roles across administration, marketing, partnerships, and project management roles.

As we continue our mission of making Quezon City a hub for creative talents where filmmakers can bring their stories to life, we’re looking for individuals who share our commitment to film excellence. We are now hiring for the following positions:

Admin & Finance Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
• Experience in facilities operations, maintenance or a related field can be a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
• Ability to prepare financial documents such as liquidation reports, petty cash summaries, and basic financial statements
• Knowledge of government compliance and documentation requirements is a plus

Partnerships Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
• Experience in engaging and coordinating with various stakeholders from private institutions, government agencies, and more. 
• Proven ability to identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships to support organizational goals
• Existing partnership and media contacts strongly preferred.

Executive Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
• Experience in preparing materials for meetings, conferences, and events, as well as organizing internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Proficiency in calendar and email management tools, including Microsoft Outlook or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Project Officer

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, or any related field
• Experience in end-to-end production, project, or events management (preferably in film, media, agency, or creative industries)
• Familiar with the Philippine film industry and ecosystem
• Great communication skills; can liaise with LGUs, creatives, and the public
• Can work independently and with a fast-paced, collaborative team

Marketing Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, as well as managing brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms
• Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
