The QCINEMA PROJECT MARKET (QPM) is the official industry initiative of the QCinema International Film Festival that provides a valuable platform for filmmakers and producers to connect, secure funding, expand their networks, gain exposure, develop their skills, and contribute to the growth of the international film insdustry. It aims to enrich the festival experience, support the creation of innovative and globally relevant films, and contribute to the growth and development of the regional film industry.
QPM will feature a curated selection of 20 projects in advanced development, particularly Filipino and Southeast Asian feature film projects seeking international partners.
Filmmakers and producers can pitch their projects to international investors, production companies, distributors, sales agents, and other industry professionals.
It will host one-on-one meetings, project presentations, and networking events to facilitate connections and collaborations.

Liza Diño
Managing Director
Liza Diño is a notable figure in the Philippines entertainment industry, renowned for her contributions as an actress, public servant, film producer, consultant and workers advocate. In her former role as Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Film Development Council of the Philippines, the country's national film agency, she made it her mission to bring Philippines cinema to the world stage and be at the forefront of global collaboration. During her time, landmark programs and initiative were launched and implemented that positioned the Philippines to be more globally competitive and ready to work with international stakeholders.
She founded FilmPhilippines, the country's first global film incentive program, promoting the Philippines as a filming destination and a coproduction hub for foreign productions. To further Liza's goal to strengthen collaboration within the Southeast Asian region and help Filipino filmmakers bring their films to the global stage within the Southeast Asian region, she founded the country's first Southeast Asian Film and talent lab, Full Cirble Lab Philippines in 2019 in partnership with french-based company Tatino Films and has supported over 75 Southeast Asian film projects and mentored 160+ participants from the Philippines and Southeast Asia. This led to her recognition tihs 2023 as the first Filipina to become a french knight in the field of cinema having been conferred with the Chevalier in the French Order of Arts and Letters ("Chevalier dans I'Ordre des Arts et des")
